Why Do I Keep Failing My Health & Wellness Journey??


You start. You stop. You feel defeated. You brush off the defeat.

You are ready to just give up on the goal because it's not working.

REPEAT.



It's not you, but it is you. It's not you because you have all the tools that you need to be successful. You bought home equipment AND you got the gym membership. You have downloaded a lot of clean eating recipes and bought all the food to make sure you can cook it. You bought your new Apple watch and downloaded a couple of new apps on your phone to hold you accountable to your goal.


However, it is you because you still stop at Wendy's on the way to work because you didn't make your smoothie and you are hungry. You didn't get up early to get your work out done and now it's the end of the day and you are tired. Your newly downloaded app is untouched and all the food you bought to make your new recipes is going bad. WHY???


It's time to get to know YOU better. It is time for you to dig deep and understand your weaknesses and strengths before you embark on your journey! Knowing this information will empower you so that you can know what area you need assistance in! Self- awareness is your #1 responsibility on your health and wellness journey. What you don't know or understand about yourself has the ability to throw you off track. It's time to heighten your level of self-awareness.
